Attorney Arthur Lebedin is a founding partner at the firm of Lebedin Kofman LLP. Since graduating from the Suffolk University Law School with a certificate in business law, he has concentrated his practice on consumer and business law, focusing on litigation at the federal and state levels, with a specific focus on helping those being harassed by debt collectors. He gained valuable insights and knowledge from serving as an associate with JP Morgan Chase Legal for a summer during law school. He applies this knowledge to helping businesses and consumers resolve their debt issues, including finding resolution strategies based on the client’s individual goals and unique situation, including the removal of default judgements.
In addition, Arthur is well-verse in the niche practice of student law issues, including resolution and litigation of both federal and private loans. He is a native of Brooklyn and is fluent in Russian. He is admitted to practice before the New Jersey and New York State Bars. He is also admitted to the New York Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts.
